Group Dynamic Therapy

  • Do you ever struggle to identify what's troubling you, but you sense something isn't quite right?
  • Do you often experience persistent feelings of unease or anxiety that linger without explanation?
  • Do you find yourself wanting to take action to explore and comprehend your emotions and behaviours better?

I want to normalise the fact that most of us have experienced some of these feelings at one stage in our lives. Can you imagine how it would feel to be in a group of people who also sense that something isn't quite right at the moment, and the sense of connection and acceptance that this may offer? Within my private practice setting and as a lecturer teaching counselling skills to large groups, I have witnessed the profound impact that connection, group dynamics, a trusting space, self exploration, and curiosity for change can have in bringing about therapeutic transformation. The power of the 'group' is phenomenal, as forming connections is an innate part of the human condition. If you feel that you'd like to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and potentially connect with like-minded individuals, I would be delighted to hear from you.

The course:

An immersive 8-week group therapy workshop designed to support each participant to further their self-awareness and assist with feeling more connected to their authentic self.

In this course, we work collaboratively and individually, harnessing the collective wisdom and support of the group to foster personal growth and self-awareness.

Through engaging sessions lasting 2 hours each, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery, exploring value systems, negative thought processes, boundaries and autonomy in a therapeutic group setting. Together, we will navigate through exercises aimed at enhancing resilience, fostering meaningful connections, and empowering individuals to embrace their inner strengths and reconnect with what serves them.
