About Me

My name is Karen Jones (MNCS Accred.) and I offer a safe, confidential, welcoming space for therapy in the centre of Exeter.
I am predominantly a Person Centred Therapist, but also use aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis within my practice.

I am an accredited registrant of the National Counselling Society (NCS) . I also work as an associate lecturer at Exeter College teaching counselling theory and skills.

Individual Therapy

I provide therapy for individuals who struggle with personal issues, stress, bereavement, low self esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health problems.

£45 / hour

Group Therapy

An immersive 8-week group therapy workshop designed to support each participant to further their self-awareness and assist with feeling more connected to their authentic self
